We are looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager who is passionate about being the architect of the customer journey and evangelizing the shift from manual workflows to autonomous systems. If you have a "builder" mentality and want to act as the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and the revenue goals of clients, you'll fit right in.
What you’ll do
Design the Playbook: Build the onboarding and success frameworks from scratch for a product that builds itself.
Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end journey for new clients, ensuring seamless integration of their ad accounts and a successful first launch.
Strategic Advisory: Analyze campaign data alongside our AI to help clients understand why certain variants are winning and how to scale them.
Growth & Upselling: Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by demonstrating the ROI of autonomous scaling to maximize customer lifetime value.
Technical Success: Guide users through connecting ad accounts and transitioning from manual landing page management to an autonomous engine.
What you’ll need
Native-level English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Marketing Fluency: A deep understanding of funnels, A/B testing, CAC, and conversion optimization is a must.
The "Builder" Mentality: You are a proactive self-starter who excels at taking ownership and creating high-impact processes where none exist.
Industry Experience: Experience in CSM or Account Management within the SaaS or AdTech space.
AI Enthusiasm: You don't just use AI; you understand how it can replace manual workflows and are excited to drive that shift.
