• Protected Fields (Opt-In Feature): SuperFunnel offers an opt-in "Protected Fields" feature for user-generated landing pages. When enabled, specific data collected through these fields is passed directly to the customer's designated webhook or destination and is never stored on SuperFunnel’s infrastructure.

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: Name, email address, password, and company details provided during registration.

• Billing Information: Payment details processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (for self-serve tiers), or manually via invoice (for enterprise clients).

• User-Generated Content: Inputs, prompts, text, images, and other materials you submit to generate your landing pages.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service, including IP addresses, browser types, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.

• Cookies and Trackers: We use Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook (Meta) Pixel to monitor site performance, understand user behavior, and manage marketing campaigns.

3.3 Information from Third-Party Integrations

If you connect third-party tools, such as the SuperFunnel Figma plugin, you authorize the export of relevant design data into our environment to assist the AI generation process.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Data Usage

We utilize third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Vertex, to power our generation features.

Strict "No Training" Guarantee: We prioritize your data privacy and intellectual property. Your specific inputs, prompts, imported designs, and the resulting generated content are strictly not used to train SuperFunnel’s proprietary AI models. Furthermore, we maintain agreements with our third-party AI providers ensuring that your data is not used to train their foundational models.

5. Technical Infrastructure & Data Storage

To provide a fast, secure, and reliable Service globally, we utilize specialized sub-processors:

• Dashboard & Admin Data: Stored and processed via Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and MongoDB Atlas.

• Landing Page Hosting & Edge Data: Delivered and hosted via Vercel and Upstash Redis.

• Application Infrastructure: Powered by Firebase.

Server Location: By default, all standard personal data is stored exclusively on servers located within the European Union (EU). Custom routing and alternative server regions are available upon request for Enterprise clients.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various business purposes, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.

• Process transactions and manage subscriptions.
